The CMA is a useful tool to help determine the ‘Market Value' of your home. The CMA will reflect current market conditions in your area of homes for sale, under contract and recently sold.

We will review the market analysis and CMA together with you in detail and provide you with our best estimate of the True Market value of your home. We will also inspect your home with you and make recommendations on how to make it more appealing to buyers.
A listing agreement is a contract between the seller and the listing broker that specifies the terms and conditions of listing the home for sale.
